Kickoff Sports Academy Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kickoff Sport Academy, a premier sports academy in Dubai. Before enrolling in our programs, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By enrolling in our sports academy, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment and Registration

• Participants must complete the enrollment form accurately and provide all required information.
• Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Kickoff Sport Academy.
• Kickoff Sport Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment without providing a reason.

2. Participation

• Participants must abide by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct set forth by Kickoff Sport Academy.
• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
• Participants must notify Kickoff Sport Academy in advance if they are unable to attend a session.

3. Fees and Payments

• Participants are required to pay the prescribed fees for the selected program.
• Fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program.
• Payment methods accepted by Kickoff Sport Academy include cash, credit/debit card, or online payment.
• Kickoff Sport Academy may offer different payment options, including installment plans or discounts for multiple enrollments or siblings.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

• Participants and their parents/guardians are required to sign a waiver and release of liability, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with participating in sports activities.
• The waiver releases Kickoff Sport Academy, its employees, coaches, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during participation.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Participants may be eligible for a refund if they withdraw from the program before a specified date, as determined by Kickoff Sport Academy.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Kickoff Sport Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may be offered alternative sessions or a refund.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during sports activities.
• Participants must inform Kickoff Sport Academy of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely.
• Kickoff Sport Academy will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants and provide qualified coaches and staff.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property, including but not limited to training materials, curriculum, and branding, belongs to Kickoff Sport Academy and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Media Release

• Participants and their parents/guardians grant Kickoff Sport Academy permission to use photographs, videos, or other media recordings for promotional purposes, both online and offline.

9. Amendments

• Kickoff Sport Academy reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and their parents/guardians in a timely manner.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
